Greetings Francha! Thanks for the questions, my apologies for the lack of clarity. The course will be delivered here on Substack to paid members. Part I of the course was released on Tuesday, How to Change, When Change is Hard (Here's the link: https://perennial.substack.com/p/how-to-change-when-change-is-hard). You can expect an email meditation every Tuesday and Friday through 30 May. The live meetups will be on Wednesday (Apr 26, May 10 & 24), I'll provide the registration links here on Substack as well.
I hope that answers your questions, if not, please let me know!
