Never stop learning how to live!

📮 Perennial Meditations

Perennial Meditations are short guided contemplations inspired by the writings of Stoics, saints, and sages. These meditations are designed to help you (and me) reflect on what it means to live an intentional life. *** This series is exclusive to members.

The Buddha on Tending the Mind

“All that we are is the result of what we have thought. The mind is everything. What we think, we become.”

— The Buddha, Dhammapada

The Buddha begins his teachings not with ritual or metaphysics, but with the mind. Before you act, before you speak, before you even feel—there is thought. The mind is the soil from which your life grows.

If you want to change your life, tend to your thoughts.
