Never stop learning how to live!

📮 Perennial Meditations

Perennial Meditations are short guided contemplations inspired by the writings of Stoics, saints, and sages. These meditations are designed to help you (and me) reflect on what it means to live an intentional life. *** This series is exclusive to members.

An Ancient Guide to Doing Less

“In the pursuit of knowledge, every day something is added. In the pursuit of the Way, every day something is dropped.”
— Lao Tzu, Tao Te Ching

In a culture obsessed with more—more tasks, more productivity, more noise—Lao Tzu’s ancient wisdom offers a counterweight: wisdom is subtraction. The way forward is often a letting go. True progress, in the Daoist view, is not expansion but refinement.

We grow not by adding endlessly, but by shedding what no longer serves us.

There is a quiet discipline in doing less.

It takes courage to say no.
